Kids chicken curry recipe
Kids chicken curry Ingredients:Makes for 4 people (so the whole family can enjoy, not just the little one)
14 oz (420g) Chicken breast fillets
1 Red Pepper
2 teaspoons of mild curry powder (korma)
1 Chicken stock cube
1 Teaspoon of Turmeric
1 Clove of garlic
2 Table spoons of cooking oil
8.5 fl oz (250ml) Coconut milk
Pich of salt and ground black pepper
Put your rice into a pan of boiling water and leave to cook until soft.
Then take your chicken fillets and cut into bite sizr portions.
Next put the cooking oil into a pan and put on a low heat. Then add your ckicken pieces and brown off all sides.
Then add the crushed garlic and finely peeled and sliced onion. Also add the sliced red pepper after removing the core and seedsCook for 2 minutes.
Then add the mild curry powder and turmeric and mix in well. Then add the coconut milk and mix well while Cooking on a medium heat for for a furher 2 minutes.
Finally add a small can of tomatoes and mix in well again. Cook for a further 2 minutes on a low heat.
Now your delcious kids curry is ready to serve. Your rice should be nice done by now as well. This is a delicious meal that can be eaten on its own or with a nan bread.
